Dieting and Weight Loss Tip::

When snacking, never eat out of the package. Control the amount you eat by placing your snack in another container and putting away the box. You'll find you become satisfied more quickly because you have finished what is in your container. Too often we eat until there is nothing left.

Exercise Tip:

Stay at home Mom's often complain that there is no time to exercise because the kids are always around. Make your exercise fun for the kids as well. Play ball in the yard with your tots. Turn on the radio or put in a CD and spend the next half hour dancing your cares away with the little ones. Play tag or hide-and-seek. Anything that elevates your heartrate for about 30 minutes is considered exercise, no matter what you are doing or how much fun it is.
