Dieting and Weight Loss Tip::

Don't snack yet. If you feel hungry between meals, just drink an 8 ounce glass of water and wait a few minutes. Often what we think are hunger pains is just dehydration. This can save you a lot of unwanted calories when dieting.

Exercise Tip:

Many people don't enjoy the gym because they feel like a hamster in a wheel-- lots of work to get nowhere. If that is the case for you, dump your gym membership. Exercise should be fun! Maybe riding the roads on your bicycle or joining an intramural volleyball team will be more to your liking. Working in your garden or mowing your lawn (with a push mower of course) is also great exercise. Use a variety of activities to keep you interested in working up a sweat.
